Web Point : • Web Point is the official virtual currency on the wutheringnest.com website, which can be used to exchange for various services such as Cash In Game and other services on this website. • Conversion Rate: - 150 Web Point = 1 USD / 15.000 IDR - 1 Web Point = 100 Cash In Game 2. Cash In Game : • Cash In Game is a virtual currency used to purchase various items available in the "Cash Shop" within the game. • Cash In Game can be obtained by exchanging Web Point or through other methods provided by Wuthering Nest. 3. Dragon Nest Petal (DNP) : • DNP is a virtual point provided by Wuthering Nest as an event reward. • DNP is managed by Wuthering Nest and may be deleted in an emergency without prior notice. 4. Payments and Taxes : • When using third-party payment providers (such as Paypal), the additional terms and fees of that provider apply. • You are responsible for paying all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of digital goods purchased from Wuthering Nest. • When and where required, Wuthering Nest or a third-party payment processor acting on behalf of Wuthering Nest will collect sales tax and remit payment to the applicable state government. 5. Licensing and Ownership : • Anything obtained in our store is not owned by you but is licensed to you under these Terms of Sale and other applicable agreements. • Virtual items have no "real-world" value. • You acknowledge that the virtual goods acquired through the service are not your property and are not redeemable for any sum of money from us at any time. • REGARDLESS OF THE CONSIDERATION OFFERED OR PAID IN EXCHANGE FOR VIRTUAL ITEMS, YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY OWNERSHIP RIGHTS IN THE ITEMS OBTAINED. 6.
